Dan has over 25 years of Patent and Trademark Law experience. He has worked for multinational firms, such as DuPont and Titleist (Acushnet Co.) and managed their brands and patent portfolios globally.
Attorney Sullivan advises clients in patent strategy, portfolio management, patent prosecution, trademark protection, copyright filings, and trade secret matters. He has over 25 years of legal experience specializing in intellectual property law and has worked as Patent Attorney for major corporations assisting research and development teams with patent identification and protection strategies. He assists entrepreneurs with startup challenges, patent strategy, business agreements, and contracts, and other intellectual property law matters.
Attorney Sullivan graduated in 1989 from the Villanova University with a Juris Doctor degree. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from Providence College.
